David Kurata

David K. Kurata practices in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial finance, property sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, business organizations, commercial development, property ownership and general contract matters.  He regularly represents institutional lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured credit transactions.  David is on the top of many local banks’ list of closing attorneys.

David also has substantial experience in many forms of commercial and real estate financing transactions including standard working capital, revolving credit lines, permanent term loans, equipment leasing, mortgage financings and construction projects.  He also represents many developers and leasing companies.

David is originally from California, having settled in Connecticut after attending Quinnipiac University School of Law.
